For over 15 years, Chris has facilitated experiential learning, teambuilding, and leadership development programs for organizations in a variety of industries including: education, healthcare, international development, finance, hospitality, real estate, government, for-profit, & not-for-profit arenas.
Developing and delivering high quality programs to help teams improve self-awareness, communication, and process efficiencies are his primary areas of expertise. With an enthusiastic and personable style, Chris enjoys partnering with diverse domestic and international constituencies at all organizational levels to creatively help clients with the process of identifying, assessing, aligning, and pursuing their goals.
Chris has earned certificates in Coaching, Action Learning, and Training from the Association for Talent Development, and received his certificate to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator from CAPT/Otto Kroeger Associates. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Organization Development Network (ODN), the International Organization Development Association (IODA), and a current board member for the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) focusing on developing Communities of Practice.
Chris earned a Master of Science Organization Development (MSOD) from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys many outdoor pursuits, from camping, kayaking, playing volleyball, to gardening and photography.
