Over 20 years of providing short and long-term internal and external management services to the education, healthcare, international development, hospitality, and crisis management fields.  Experience in organizational capacity building, leadership development, and program management for public, private, and non-profit organizations undergoing transformation.  Expertise in conducting assessments, teambuilding, and providing event facilitation of diverse groups both domestically and internationally.  Provides organizational change management, communications, transition management, teambuilding, and business process technical assistance.  Conducts assessments to determine appropriate management and technical interventions as defined by internal needs and external demands.  Develops and implements organizational capacity building programs, including leadership and management support services.  Specific skills include:

• Professional Development to include:  leadership and executive coaching, administering, interpreting, and debriefing psychometric assessments (Hogan, MBTI, EQi2.0, DPI, StrengthsFinder, etc.) for individuals and teams, workshop facilitation, leadership and management coaching and support.

• Organization Development (OD) to include:  organizational and stakeholder assessments, team and organizational culture assessments, organizational improvement plans, strategic management planning, staff capacity building, change management, and communications planning.

• Program and Project Management to include:  program/project design, implementation and evaluation, providing technical and management oversight, developing high performing teams, creating and refining organizational structures and supporting management, communications, HR talent management, operations, outreach, business development, and budget management systems.
